If you don't want to use your Levelnext account anymore, you can delete your account.
You can also deactivate your account by contacting us.
Keep in mind that deleting your LevelNext account will also delete any certificates you’ve earned on our platform. We won’t be able to recover these certificates for you, so be sure to download them from the app before deleting your account. To use LevelNext in the future, you’ll need to create a new account to use LevelNext again.
If you'd like to temporarily deactivate your account instead, just contact us to let us know.
When you delete your account, all your account information will be deleted. This includes your course certificates and payment information. Any current subscriptions will be cancelled.
If your subscriptions is eligible for a refund, we’ll automatically issue it to you when you delete your account – you don’t need to contact our support team.
Refunds take 5-7 days to be reflected in your account. See our terms for more details.
